Blake Panzino owns and operates a co-working facility in Fort Worth, Texas. When his office building reached full capacity shortly after opening he went on the hunt for an easy, attractive, effective way to manage his property and his tenants. After trying several systems that were overly cumbersome, annoying to tenants and just plain bad, he realized that he needed a system that was easy to use, visually appealing to landlords and a snap for tenants to make payments. That’s when he came to 422 Studios for a multi-tenant, software as a service platform that would not only allow him to accomplish these things for his co-working facility, but allow him to sell this service to other landlords and property owners.view live site »
The backend build for Gofer is a scalable PHP and MySQL implementation. We utilized the Laravel PHP framework for the administrative area and the backend database integration. The application allows landlords to signup and subscribe to the Gofer system using the integrate Stripe API integration via Laravel’s built in “cashier” class. Once logged in, landlords can add and manage properties and tenants.
